(“Xoom Listings LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is offering this CCPA Privacy Notice for California Consumers (“CCPA Privacy Notice”) to advise you of our privacy procedures as necessary by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and to clarify the rights offered to you under the CCPA. This Notice pertains to Personal Data that we accumulate from Consumers. “Personal Data” means information that recognizes, conveys to, describes, references, is able of being linked with or could relatively be linked, directly or not directly, with a certain customer or household. “Consumer” implies a person who is a California resident. For purposes of this CCPA Privacy Notice when we relate to “you” or “your” we mean a Consumer.
This Notice does not pertain with respect to (i) data we gather from our workers, independent contractors or job hopefuls; or (ii) data we amass in the development of transacting, collaborating or delivering services to our customers (with the exclusion of the right to opt out from the “sale” of Personal Info as designated below) because all of our clients are business-to-business customers.
